投光灯塔的制作工艺流程涵盖从基础施工到*终调试的多个环节，主要包括基坑开挖、基础浇制、灯塔组立、电气安装及调试等阶段。‌

‌基坑开挖与基础处理‌

根据设计图纸在指定位置开挖基坑，土质松软地带需采取挡板防护等**措施。‌

基坑验收合格后铺设垫层，确保平整密实；随后支立模板，优先采用钢模并涂刷隔离剂，复核尺寸与标高后进行混凝土浇筑。‌

混凝土采用机械搅拌和振捣棒振捣，分层浇筑并制作试块，养护期间保持湿润，强度未达5MPa前禁止施加负荷。‌

‌灯塔组立与结构安装‌

灯塔构件运至现场后按图纸进行地面预组装，减少高空作业。‌

采用抱杆或吊车从塔腿开始逐段吊装，对准地脚螺栓并拧紧螺母。‌

使用经纬仪测量垂直度，通过垫片调整偏差，确保符合规范；爬梯、配电箱等附件按设计要求安装，螺栓连接需紧固到位，焊接部位饱满无缺陷。‌

‌电气系统安装与调试‌

安装升降装置（包括电机、平台、控制箱及升降绳），电机固定于基础，平台在地面组装后与塔身连接。‌

配线时根据电路图进行，线缆长度测量准确避免接头，确保室外防雨性能；灯具安装后调节照射角度，调试升降功能及光照度，按说明书整定控制参数。‌

After verifying the dimensions and elevation, concrete pouring is carried out.

Concrete is mechanically mixed and vibrated with a vibrating rod, poured in layers and made into test blocks. During the curing period, it is kept moist and no load is applied until the strength reaches 5MPa.

Lighthouse assembly and structural installation

After the lighthouse components are transported to the site, they are pre assembled on the ground according to the drawings to reduce high-altitude operations.

Use a pole or crane to lift the tower leg section by section, align with the anchor bolts, and tighten the nuts.

Measure the verticality using a theodolite and adjust the deviation with shims to ensure compliance with specifications; Ladders, distribution boxes, and other accessories should be installed according to design requirements, with bolt connections securely fastened in place and welding joints full and defect free.

Installation and commissioning of electrical system

Install the lifting device (including motor, platform, control box, and lifting rope), with the motor fixed to the foundation and the platform assembled on the ground and connected to the tower body.

When wiring, follow the circuit diagram and measure the cable length accurately to avoid joints, ensuring outdoor rainproof performance; After the installation of lamps, adjust the irradiation angle, debug the lifting function and illuminance, and set the control parameters according to the instructions.
