表面处理:完成铁塔的骨架后,铁塔部件表面需要进行处理。表面处理的目的是均匀恢复**的强度以及**腐蚀。采用的常见方法包括工业喷涂或热浸镀锌。

Different molding methods (such as cold-drawn molding or cold-bending molding) can be used to get tower boots of different sizes and shapes according to needs.

Drilling: The tower needs to be fixed by connecting bolts and nuts. Therefore, it is necessary to drill holes in tower boots. Before drilling, positioning is needed to ensure that the hole position is accurate.

Welding: All connections to the tower must be welded together. At this stage, multiple tower boot parts need to be welded together to form the skeleton of the tower. Before welding, the tower parts need to be cleaned, and then welded after treatment to ensure the quality of the weld.

Surface treatment: After completing the skeleton of the tower, the surface of the tower part needs to be treated. The purpose of surface treatment is to evenly restore the strength of the mechanism and prevent corrosion. Common methods used include industrial spraying or hot dip galvanizing.

Installation: Finally, each tower part is installed and assembled into a final communication tower. Installation is usually carried out on the ground and requires the use of highly mechanical equipment to complete this work.
